What to include in your request
To get faster help, please include:
- Environment — Production or test.
- Organisation — Name or Slug or ID (no passwords or secrets).
- User — If relevant (e.g. which user or API key).
- What you did — Steps in the UI or the API call (method, path, body if safe).
- What you expected vs what actually happened.
- Document or transaction ID — If the issue is about a specific document or transaction.
- Error message or status log — Copy the message or a short excerpt; redact API keys and secrets.
The more precise the details, the faster we can help.
Include request IDs, timestamps, and exact error text when possible.
Before you contact support
