Interfaces
Interfaces groups machine access for the organisation: API, SFTP, and the inbound mailbox. Open Manage → Interfaces in the sidebar.
These screens are configuration. How to send and receive is in the guides linked below.
API configuration
Interfaces → API Configuration.
Create and delete API keys. After you create a key, the secret is shown once — copy it. Assign the methods the key may call (documents, formats, transactions, Peppol lookup, and so on).
Call logs are not on this page. Open Usage → API logs. See Usage and Setup.
SFTP configuration
Interfaces → SFTP Configuration.
Enable SFTP, set a password, then use Host, Port, and Username from the page. Upload XML, PDF, or CSV to the upload folder. See Send and receive via SFTP.

Mailbox configuration
Interfaces → Mailbox Configuration.
Create the organisation’s inbound email address, copy it for suppliers, optionally restrict senders with a whitelist, and test the connection. xTool checks the mailbox about every 30 minutes. See Receive by email.
Outgoing invoice email is not configured here. Use Channels → Email → Custom SMTP and Email templates.
