Account
Account is your personal settings: profile, security, and notification emails. It is not organisation data (that is Organisation).
Open Account in the sidebar.
Profile
Account → Profile.
- Edit first name, second name, and email.
- Color theme — light or dark.
- Interface language — the web app locale (the URL may include
/en/,/de/, …).
Saving profile fields updates your user record. Language and theme apply to the interface immediately.
Security
Account → Security.

If Microsoft is connected, the page shows the linked email, when it was linked, and when it was last used. You must have a password set before you can disconnect Microsoft.
Notifications
Account → Notifications.
Email alerts for send/receive success and failure. Settings are yours, for documents of the organisation your account belongs to. See Notifications.
