ERP integration (Weclapp, SevDesk)
Use case for companies on Weclapp or SevDesk that want to connect xTool for document sync and exchange.
What you do: configure the integration in the xTool web app (API key and tenant if needed) → after that xTool and the ERP exchange data according to the integration rules.
Steps
1. "Integrations" section
In the web app open Integrations (main menu). Viewing requires read integrations permission; creating or deleting a configuration requires manage integrations. On permissions: Organisation and users.
2. Configure Weclapp or SevDesk

Configuration is stored per organisation. Where to find and edit: Integrations UI.
!!! warning "API key security" Enter integration API keys only in the official xTool web app and do not share them with third parties.
3. One configuration per organisation
Each organisation can have at most one Weclapp and one SevDesk configuration. To change settings, update or delete the current configuration and create a new one if needed.
