What to include in your request

To get faster help, please include:

  • Environment — Production or test.
  • Organisation — Name or Slug or ID (no passwords or secrets).
  • User — If relevant (e.g. which user or API key).
  • What you did — Steps in the UI or the API call (method, path, body if safe).
  • What you expected vs what actually happened.
  • Document or transaction ID — If the issue is about a specific document or transaction.
  • Error message or status log — Copy the message or a short excerpt; redact API keys and secrets.

!!! tip "The more precise the details, the faster we can help." Include request IDs, timestamps, and exact error text when possible.

Before you contact support

  1. Check the FAQ for common questions and solutions.
  2. For document or transaction failures, check the status log in the document or transaction detail. See Status lifecycle.
  3. For validation errors, check the validation report and fix the XML or model. See Validate and convert.
