Usage interface

The Usage section shows statistics and logs for your organisation: transactions (send and receive) and API logs (API calls). It is for monitoring and audit, not billing or public quotas. See Transactions and API keys and permissions.

Who can see the Usage section

The section is available only to users with read usage permission. For API logs, read api_logs permission may be required (depends on configuration). See Organisation and users.

Transactions

Transactions list

The Transactions list shows sent and received transactions. Columns typically include: document, type (e.g. send.peppol, send.email, receive.peppol), status, date. Filters by status, type, and period are available. Open a transaction for details and status log. See Transactions and Status lifecycle.

API logs

API logs

The API logs list shows API calls (which key, which method/path, time, status). Use filters (by key, method, date) to find the calls you need. API logs are for debugging and auditing who called which endpoint. See API keys and permissions.
