In this part of the web application you view and edit organisation data, manage subsidiary organisations and Peppol ID. See Organisation and users.

Organisation data

Organisation data form

You can view and edit organisation fields: name, address (street, postcode, city, country), customer number, etc. Edit via the form; save to apply changes. Who can edit depends on permissions (e.g. update organisations).

Peppol ID

An organisation can have one or more Peppol IDs (scheme + value). You can add a new ID or remove an existing one in the organisation settings.

!!! important "Receive via Peppol" To receive documents via Peppol, the organisation must have at least one Peppol ID configured. See Peppol and Receive by Peppol.

Subsidiary organisations

Subsidiary organisations can be viewed as a list or tree. With the right permissions you can create a new subsidiary. The hierarchy is used for visibility and reporting. See Organisation and users.

Permissions

Who can view or edit organisation data and Peppol ID is determined by user permissions (e.g. read organisations, update organisations). See Organisation and users.
