Notifications interface

Here you configure which events trigger notifications (in-app and/or by email). Events are related to document send and receive outcomes. See Document model and Transactions.

Events

You can enable or disable notifications for:

  • Document sent successfully
  • Send failed
  • Document received successfully
  • Receive failed

How to configure

  • Where — In the web application open Account (or Settings) → Notifications (or the equivalent in your interface).
  • Per event — Enable or disable the event; where supported, choose the channel (in-app, email). Save the settings.

!!! note "No webhooks" The current version does not support webhooks. Notifications are in-app and/or by email only.

Who can change settings

Usually the current user configures their own notification preferences. There is no separate global setting for administrators only. See Web interface overview (Account section).
