Integrations interface

In the Integrations section you configure connections to Weclapp and SevDesk. Each organisation can have at most one configuration per system. See Integrations, Weclapp and SevDesk.

Access and permissions

  • Who can see — Users with read integrations permission can see the Integrations section and the Weclapp or SevDesk configuration status.
  • Who can configure — Users with manage integrations permission can create, update, or delete the configuration. See Organisation and users for permissions.

Weclapp

A card or section shows whether Weclapp is configured. To configure, enter the API key and tenant (required for Weclapp) and save. To disable the integration, delete the configuration; synchronisation will stop. For details and scenarios see Weclapp.

SevDesk

A card or section shows whether SevDesk is configured. To configure, enter the API key and save. To disable the integration, delete the configuration. For details and scenarios see SevDesk.

!!! warning "Keep API keys secure" Integration API keys are stored in xTool in a secure manner. Do not share them with third parties. Enter them only in the official xTool web application.
